By using the services offered by Picky Eaters Restaurant, including dine-in, takeaway, tiffin delivery, and communication through phone or digital means, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order or availing of our services.

1. Service Availability

  • Our services are currently available across selected locations in Mumbai.
  • We reserve the right to decline service in areas not supported by our delivery system or if delivery conditions are unfavorable (e.g., extreme weather, traffic restrictions).
  • Tiffin services are primarily available during lunch hours (12:00 PM – 1:30 PM).

2. Order Placement

  • Orders for tiffin must be placed before 10:30 AM for same-day delivery.
  • Orders can be placed via call, message, or in person. Please ensure accurate contact and address information to avoid delivery delays.
  • Once an order is confirmed and food preparation begins, cancellation is not permitted.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed clearly on our menu and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We accept payments via:
    • Cash on delivery
    • UPI and QR code-based payments
  • Payment must be completed at the time of delivery or before dispatch (for pre-paid orders).

4. Delivery Terms

  • Free home delivery is available in specific areas within the scheduled lunch window.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact/address details, the responsibility lies with the customer.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders once prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
    • Duplicate payment
    • Non-delivery due to internal error
    • Valid customer complaints about spoiled or incorrect items (determined case-by-case)

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Food Quality & Allergen Information

  • We follow stringent hygiene practices in food preparation.
  • However, we request customers with allergies or dietary restrictions to inform us in advance.
  • While we try to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals unless specified and confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, menu designs, content, images, and branding under Picky Eaters Restaurant are protected intellectual property.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

8. Customer Conduct

  • We reserve the right to deny service to customers who exhibit abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior toward staff or services.
  • False complaints or attempts to misuse refund policies will result in service termination.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be made available upon request or updated on our digital/printed platforms.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
